Egil Myklebust, chairman

Egil is a Norwegian businessman and lawyer. Until recently he was chairman of the board of SAS Group and a board member of Sandvik AB. He has previously held numerous leading positions in Norsk Hydro, including CEO (1991-2001), and Chairman of the Board (2001-2004). He was also Director General of the Norwegian Confederation of Business and Industry (1987-1990).
William (Bill) Allan

Bill is currently CEO of Vascular Flow Technologies, a company focused on improving patient outcomes through the restoration of Natural Spiral Laminar Blood Flow. Bill is educated as a dental surgeon but has worked in the medical device industry for many years. He previously held leading positions in Stryker Orthobiologics, AngoDynamics and Smith & Nephew. At Smith & Nephew, he had the global responsibility for the marketing of Advanced Woundcare products.
Dr. Ingrid Alfheim
Dr. Alfheim is CEO of Bio-Medisinsk Innovasjon AS (BMI), which act as an incubator for biomedical start-ups, cooperating closely with Medinnova, the Technology Transfer Office for several of the country’s leading hospitals such as Rikshospital-Radiumhospital and Ullevaal University hospitals. Dr. Alfheim has held leading positions in R&D Management and Business Development in the diagnostics industry. She has been instrumental in commercialising biomedical research through her active participation in various company boards and governmental committees.
Stein A. Jacobsen

Stein has worked for international technology companies with a global responsibility for product development, marketing and sales. He held European responsibility for the entire commercial business of ResMed, 2005-2012. Stein has broad experience in the development, regulation, sales, marketing, general management, funding and governance within a wide variety of technologies – principally in the medical devices and diagnostics area. Stein is an active angel investor, CEO and Chairman of Stein Jacobsen Invest AS. He has held numerous non-executive positions in technology companies.
Since November 1979, Raj Mani has been devoted to working with measurements to advance the practice of medicine while employed at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHSNHSFT). With an interest in the circulation and soft tissue repair, Raj built up the vascular laboratory developing, innovating and applying techniques to both research and clinical problems. He is also visiting professor at Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, Adjunct Professor at Chiang Mai University in Thailand and Visiting Professor at the Catholic University, Seoul, South Korea. He has previously held leading positions in the European Tissue Repair Society (President) and World Union of Wound Healing Societies (board member). Raj retired from NHS service in November 2014, he continues to work with the Academic Division of Human Development and Health, Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton.
